Return/Exchange Policy:
1. We have a strict NO exchange policy and ONLY accept exchanges in cases where the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping.
2. You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
3. The exchange is only applicable on the same product and you can't get another product in exchange of the existing one.
Please note: Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Refund Policy:
1. Refunds are applicable ONLY in cases where the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage and an inventory of the same product is NOT available with us.
2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Exchange Process:
1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email and provide video proof of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the defect.
2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, EXCEPT in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part.
3. An exchange will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
